The grounds and clubhouse are managed on behalf of Tockwith & Wilstrop Parish Council by a committee under the title of Tockwith Sportsfield Trust (or more properly Tockwith and Wilstrop Recreation Ground).  The trust is a charity, registered with the Charity Commission, number 505845.
